Craig R. McRoberts

Managing Director | Financial Advisor

Craig is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor in The McRoberts Richmond Group at Baird Private Wealth Management. He joined Baird in 2022 via the merger with Hefren Tillotson. With over 31 years of industry experience, Craig uses a comprehensive financial planning approach to help clients meet their goals in investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning. 

Mr. McRoberts graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Spanish. While in University Park, he was a scholarship recipient and member of the baseball team. Craig holds the Series 7, 65, and 8 securities licenses as well as his Life, Accident, and Health License. 

Outside of the office, Craig has served on various not for profit Boards including The March of Dimes, Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Valley Brook Country Club, and The West Penn Golf Association.

Dan is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor in The McRoberts Richmond Group at Baird Private Wealth Management. He joined Baird as part of the merger from Hefren-Tillotson in 2022. In his 20 years in the industry Dan has served clients as a financial planning expert and as a comprehensive financial advisor. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Practitioner he insists that client relationships begin with a plan that justifies an appropriate investment approach. 

Dan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. While at Pitt, he was fortunate to work as an intern in the Small Business Development Center where he was able to meet and learn from many Pittsburgh area small business leaders. Dan holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as Life, Accident and Health insurance licenses. 

In his personal life, Dan’s first responsibility is raising three responsible sons alongside his wife Lisa. In addition, he currently serves as a founding board member of the Peters Township Middle School Soccer Club and is an active member of a local church. 

Sean W. Lawrence, CFP®

Sean is a Financial Advisor in The McRoberts Richmond Group at Baird Private Wealth Management. He joined Baird through the Hefren-Tillotson merger in October 2022. Sean has spent over 7-years working in various roles at Hefren-Tillotson and Baird but spent most of that time working as a Financial Planner. In this role, Sean completed hundreds of financial plans for individuals in every situation imaginable and developed a passion for helping clients lay the foundation to achieve future financial success through detailed financial planning. 

Sean graduated from Robert Morris University in 2020 double majoring in Finance and Business Management. In addition to his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree, he currently holds his Series 7, Series 66, Life, Accident & Health Insurance Licenses and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Practitioner. 

Raised in Pittsburgh’s South Hills, Sean developed a lifelong passion for hockey and golf at an early age. Beyond his role as a financial advisor, he serves on the Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania Young Professionals Board, volunteers as a coach with First Tee Pittsburgh, and is a member of Nemacolin Country Club. Sean also enjoys racing open-wheel formula cars alongside his father and brother, a hobby that reflects his appreciation for competition, precision, and family.

 

Ben Morgret

Financial Advisor

Ben is a Financial Advisor in The McRoberts Richmond Group at Baird Private Wealth Management. He joined Baird in January 2026. Prior to this role, Ben spent 7 years at Federated Hermes working as an institutional liquidity consultant covering corporations across the Mid-Atlantic region.  

Ben graduated from Saint Francis University in 2019, double majoring in Finance and Economics. While at Saint Francis, Ben was a scholarship member of the golf team, President of the Investment Club, and a member of the Society of Economic Analysis (SEA). In addition to his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree, he currently holds his Series 7, Series 66, Life, Accident & Health Insurance Licenses, and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®).  

Outside of work, Ben and his wife, Andrea, spend a lot of their time chasing their Australian Shepherd (Daisie) around the house. The rest of their free time is devoted to skiing, hiking, traveling, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers as season ticket holders.

Since joining the team in 2013, she has been foundational to the group’s daily operations and client relations.

Dedicated to delivering an unparalleled client experience, Beth focuses on providing seamless operational support and deeply personalized attention to every individual and family the group serves.

A true Pittsburgh native, Beth was born and raised in the city and takes great pride in serving the community she has always called home.

As a Client Specialist, Allison is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations management, leveraging Baird’s technology, and most importantly, providing white-glove service for our clients. She has been in the financial services industry since 2005 and is fully licensed, holding her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Allison uses her experience, capabilities, and expertise to provide an exceptional client experience to help our clients meet their unique goals and objectives. 

Allison currently resides in Bridgeville with her husband Dan, son Jacob, and daughter Hannah. She was a member of the swim team at Gannon University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She loves spending her weekends at the pool, having bonfires in the summer with friends and family, and going on hikes with her family’s German Shepherd, Bear.
